前任经商失败的雷坤, 终日游手好闲, 不务正业, 其妻邵佩玲虽忙於残障基金会会长之服务, 对雷坤的动向却非常关心, 并且百般体谅与容忍, 而雷坤却一直暗中与一名以色情电话秘书为业的赵小青有染, 并涉嫌一项违法超贷案. 他日, 雷坤突然失踪, 佩玲紧张万分, 四处探听又无消息, 只好求功於警界人士且是昔日恋人, 邦宇代为找寻, 几经查访监听, 跟踪, 才发现小青涉嫌谋杀雷坤, 并在危急之际救出佩玲化解危机.

The first story line of the movie follows two Red Army soldiers: unlikely friends Nekrasov and Karyakin.
