2023年《天津卫视相声春晚》除邀请德云社全员参与外，春暖还邀请了著名评剧表演艺术家曾昭娟、春暖河北梆子“银达子派”第三代传人王少华、青年京剧演员张梦瑶、鼓曲社演员王惠和众多青年演员以及相声界前辈马志明、石富宽、刘洪沂、田立禾、刘伟、李国盛等，另外还有嘉宾梁龙、喜剧演员宋木子、合文俊、李飞和脱口秀演员毛豆惊喜加盟，使晚会融合更多元素，相声、小品、素描喜剧等多种表演形式的混搭，打造一档盛大的跨界相声晚会！
