回复 :Showtime直接预订剧集《铁锈 Rust》，这部剧改编自Philipp Meyer的小说《American Rust》，并且电视台已找了Jeff Daniels担当主演﹑Dan Futterman负责改编剧本。《铁锈》是部家庭剧，背景在宾夕法尼亚州西南部的锈带小镇（锈带指美国东北部的一个地区，来由是以前区盛产钢铁产业，但后来工厂关门，只余下生锈大门）里，主角是警长Del Harris（Jeff Daniels饰）。剧中主角爱人的儿子被指控谋杀，Del被迫决定自己愿意做到甚么地步以保护他们。

Tom is investigating a Serbian terrorist plot. His girlfriend and her daughter are trapped in Tom's house with a lap-top which is thought to contain a bomb. Meanwhile another bomb is primed to explode and this one kills the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland. Adding to the possible dangers faced by other government officials, Tom learns from his American colleague that an assassin is in town, the CIA know about him but they haven't told MI-5.
