这次的故事发生在现代。一直以来都生活得无忧无虑的芭比（Diana Kaarina 配音）竟然被炒了鱿鱼，替嫁心中充满了郁闷，替嫁芭比决定前往巴黎散心，投靠在巴黎开时尚屋的阿姨米丽森（Patricia Drake 配音）。到了巴黎，芭比才知道，由于遭到同行的暗算，时尚屋即将面临倒闭的厄运，不愿看到这样的悲剧发生，芭比和米丽森和助手爱丽丝（Tabitha St. Germain 配音）决定联手，帮助米丽森。一次偶然中，芭比和爱丽丝发现了一个秘密的时尚屋，时尚就是在这里诞生的。在时尚屋里，两个女孩结识了古灵精怪的时尚精灵，有了精灵的帮助，芭比能够帮助米丽森重整旗鼓吗？肯（艾德里安·佩特里 Adrian Petriw 饰）芭比的男友，追随着芭比的脚步，他亦千里迢迢来到了巴黎。

回复 :奥京都から逃げてきた鈴木凛（小鉄）は、かつて兄のいた東京の探偵事務所の所長、久遠美保のもとに身を寄せる。一方、裏社会で傀儡師として有名な御門竜也は、久遠美保殺害の依頼を受ける。そのためには小鉄が障害になると考えた竜也は、小鉄を狙う。だが、何度か対決して行くうちに、2人は徐々に意識しあう仲になってしまう。やがて、依頼人が自殺したことにより、竜也は小鉄を狙う理由はなくなった。以後竜也は小鉄の味方になるとともに、2人の仲も次第に深まる。そんな中、東西に分かれた裏社会のうち、竜也たちの属する東側に、西側の人間である影鰐が入りこんでくる。これがきっかけで東西の裏社会どうしで騒動が起き、小鉄たちもその中に巻き込まれていく。様々な難敵との闘いや出来事の末、裏社会の騒動は東側の勝利に終わった。

When he sees a ladder PINGU has the perfect solution and climbs up an iceberg from where he is able to see all the hiding places. But the tables are turned when the others remove the ladder and PINGU is left stranded on his vantage point.
