回复 :80年代初，我国中原地区发生了震惊中外的古墓被盗、国宝失窃案件。我海关和公安部门联手侦破此案。与此同时，香港黑社会“金龙党”派出干将及大批马仔潜入大陆，与内地走私集团“黑龙帮”接头，准备将国宝偷运出境。公安人员与犯罪团伙斗智斗勇，终于追回了大批走私物品，击毙并逮捕了部分主犯。然而，“报案有功”的柳湘云还是在我方侦查人员的眼皮底下走了，并将两件价值连城的国宝带到了香港。一场反走私的战斗还在继续。
