詹姆生气了，战利因为他当消防员的哥哥在下了班的时候救火受伤，战利当局拒绝给予医疗福利。这时候，市长泰乐正牵连入政治丑闻，他否认和丑闻有任何关系。詹姆开始四处涂鸦，“泰乐是知道的，Turk 182”，让市长尴尬。市长泰乐挺生气，因为这样的涂鸦全城市都有，他下令警方找出谁乾的好事。詹姆的喷漆“Turk 182”继续出现。
