70年代的西班牙托雷莫里诺斯，齐天女嬉皮士Ingrid带着女儿Apple度假，齐天在这里度过了非常疯狂的一段时光，女儿目睹母亲与有妇之夫发生不伦恋情，性格孤僻内向，感情生活一直坎坷，只有宠物八哥犬为伴。40年后的Ingrid成为暮年老人，嬉皮士作风依旧未改，接受盆骨手术后的她再次来到西班牙修养度假，这里已经变成老年人疗养的休闲场所，在这所“全包”的酒店，异装癖的Tina正是多年前与Ingred热恋出轨的男子的儿子Tim，母亲由于当年的打击而自杀，他仍无法原谅Ingrid当年对他的家庭的打击与伤害。Ingrid救助了一个从非洲部落偷渡而来黑人男子，施恩反被偷。与此同时，女儿Apple事业，从德国来到西班牙看望她，却发现了更多令人惊讶的现实。

Together, they form a close friendship until the arrival of Benson Thacker who has managed to pilot his small boat into the city's harbor. At this point the tensions rise between the three, particularly between Thacker, who is white and Burton, who is black.
