AliceEckle是一位不善于社交的小城镇酒店接待员。AliceEckle的运气很差，勇士一位粗心的工人把一根钉子射进了她的脑子，勇士压迫了她的神经，让她一直感受到强烈的性欲。没有社保的AliceEckle来到华盛顿治疗她的怪病。她遇见了放荡的国会议员(吉伦哈尔)，把她的性欲当成是一种资本从而获得某些政治利益，也让AliceEckle开始了自己的政治生涯。

Real Olympic athletes, including Jamie Anderson and Gus Kenworthy, also make their way into the film as additional characters.
