回复 :高中女生奈绪（名冢佳织 配音）隶属摄影部，她喜欢捕捉云和风。一天，她在学校天台拍照时，看见一只飞天猫，随即天空居然下起了“猫雨”，震惊之余她不慎失足坠楼。出乎意料的是，从高空中摔下的她竟毫发无损。原来是拥有操纵风的能力的风使——大气老师救了她，而那只猫之所以会飞也是因为它懂得操纵风。得知大气老师回乡参加祭典后，奈绪和好朋友美纪（花村怜美 配音）以及同班男生阿润（入野自由 配音）一起来到风使之乡找他，向他学习风的知识，老师却一口回绝。目睹了震撼人心的风之祭典后，奈绪似乎更加了解风……本动画围绕着奈绪的日常展开，她的高中生活也许平平凡凡，然而故事里有风。
