晚清时期，恶搞英军入侵广州。而此时，恶搞三元里的一处古刹，竟惊现僵尸袭人，闹得全城人心惶惶。接连不断的僵尸袭击事件，也影响到了鸦片的入境，令英军首领罗伯茨大怒。为绝后患，罗伯茨带领英军歼灭僵尸，然而在前往古刹的路上，却被僵尸群重创，英军死伤过半。罗伯茨便命令广州巡抚王平之带领中国军队去剿灭僵尸。胆小怕事的王平之无奈之下只能请回被革职的巡检袁士诚。为保证广州城百姓的安全，袁士诚带领巫医一同前往古刹，却发现了另一个秘密...
