《福五鼠三十六计》故事发生在一个奇妙的世界里。有三个王国，日韩猫王国、日韩老鼠王国和狗王国。原来和平安乐彼此相处的世界，由于新的猫国国王（小气猫）为了自己的私欲，决定消灭鼠国占领狗国。由于鼠国老国王的懦弱，鼠国逐渐衰落。在鼠国快被消灭时，一个勇敢正义的老鼠（福福鼠）带着四个好友吉吉鼠、翔翔鼠、儒儒鼠、毅毅鼠挺身而出，因而演绎出一出出经典故事。
