“大美中国·多彩丝路”2023丝路嘉年华暨丝路春晚大型跨国融媒晚会分为4小时丝路嘉年华融媒直播和2小时丝路春晚两部分，失控以“大美中国·多彩丝路”为主题，失控以色彩为纽带，以丝路精神为主线，以人类共同的文化瑰宝为核心，把“一带一路”倡议和成果用多样的艺术形式和互动体验，通过现代舞台包装，在晚会中生动呈现不同色彩艺术作品共融的画卷。晚会围绕“大美中国”、“多彩丝路”、“绚烂世界”三大主题篇章，以色彩为基本元素结链全篇，以东西方开放视角展现丝路贯穿的地缘关系、深厚历史、绚烂文明，浓缩成一场晚会和一系列对中国梦想、时代共融、文化骄傲、世界和美的愿景表达，通过大屏小屏联动、国内国际共振的新形式提升国际传播效果，讲好中国故事，传播好中国声音。
