《总务二科》改编自安田弘之同名漫画作品“总务二科”。在日本，视频大型机构必有一个部门，视频负责派发、更换厕纸、换日光灯等工作，而这个杂务部门的名称为：总务二科。这个部分虽被公司认为是垃圾，却聚集了六位不同原因被贬到此部门的女职员因：主张女人的价值在于交往过的男人总数的千夏（江角真纪子 饰）、对男人有致命吸引力的佳奈（樱井淳子 饰）、理财高手小梓（户田惠子 饰）、准确率具威胁性的算命师理绘（高乔由美子 饰）、做事不得窍门的佐和子（京野琴美 饰）、做事总出纰漏的小梅（宝生舞饰演）。她们究竟会在这个被称为“女性坟墓”的部门发生怎样的故事呢？
