在距現在不遠的未來東京---隨著這時代科技的進步, 人們已開始使用氫氣電池及人型機器人了雖然技術進步了,但犯罪檢舉率卻相反的降低,失業率上升等等的社會不安定也不斷增加外觀和現在林立的都市一樣....但, 實際上街道已經被混亂的陰影所#092;罩了以這樣的東京為舞台,海空來,原田及黑川三人一起經營了一間通稱DSA的危險代理公司(DANGER SERVICE AGENCY),這間公司不管委託的工作是合法或不合法,都會接受代理喜歡李小龍的美少女『海空來（みくら）』怪異科學技術工程師『原田（はらだ）』曾經是刑警 患上麵類中毒的老伯『#092;川（くろかわ）』他們一起住的大樓屋頂的公司的辦公室兼住宅改建的倫敦巴士是他們的基地、久久採取「不接既賣命不賺錢的委託」主義的DSA,為何接到的委託,都會變成亡命工作呢!海空來的飛踢咆哮,原田的槍冒著火,黑川品嚐著烏龍麵...然而今天三個人的生命是, 風中燭火!
