该剧并不是写给青少年的校园剧，国产而是写给我们大家的职场剧，国产和以往的校园剧从学校外面窥探学校和老师的方式不同，将直击校园内部的我们不熟悉的露骨真相。徐玄振在剧中饰演私立学校临时老师高荷娜，作为没有资历的菜鸟老师，她进入的却是以教学出色闻名的大峙洞私立高中，被大家认为是空降兵和说谎精，就这样踏出了社会生活的第一步。罗美兰饰演学校升学部部长朴成顺。她在学生面前是技高于人的“疯狗”，是典型女强人系列的“工作狂”。她是大峙洞学校的入学负责人。
