对14岁的小艾来说，葵视青春是一抹冰岛首都雷克雅未克的天色，葵视就算阳光闪耀着，也总觉冷冽冰蓝，难解而神秘。在这个懵懂又冲动的年纪，同侪偶尔带你上天堂，但多半一起下地狱，弱肉强食和情义相挺的生存法则同时并存，上一秒才被霸凌的小艾，下一秒就开始保护被自己哥儿们欺负的孩子。各种血气方刚的暴力，抽丝剥茧出原生家庭的种种不堪，而发育中的身体，也悄然在夜梦里偷偷蜕变，滋长出令人不知所措却前所未有的成长体验。

Martijn enters her live with a videocamera. This creates a tension between Daantje and her brother, because he want to recall something which happend between them in the past. To keep Martijn at a distance Daantje starts a relation with Ramon. Then Martijn gets between them. He manage to talk her over to remember and talk over the things happend when they were kids. This helps him to overcome his obsession for his sister and after playing over the history he finally is able to see her without the videocamera like he did during the whole movie.
