民国时期，桥木凤九（祁圣翰饰）师父“鬼手陈”被卷入巨额黄金案，桥木幕后主谋赵千里将其杀害后逃亡。十年后，赵千里（祁圣翰饰）再次现身上海滩，千门后人凤九联合巡捕房吴督察（张晞临饰）、铭辰（高铭辰饰），三位职业老千：熊泰（杜奕衡饰）、李初冬（方楚彤饰）、王天培（摩西饰）。以及秦冬阁（王闯饰）、崔记者（卢卓饰），一起为凤九师父报仇。为引出赵千里，凤九等人层层设局，然而真相也拨开云雾愈渐清晰，一颗被利用的棋子，永远无法看清全局。
