长谷川现（岛崎信长 配音）和妹妹阿梦（木户衣吹 配音）一直以来都生活在家庭暴力的阴影之下，木乃父亲鬼岛四郎（游佐浩二 配音）的残酷与暴戾早已经超越了正常人可以承受的极限，木乃兄妹两人从小就知道，对于动不动就对妻子和孩子拳打脚踢的这个男人，他们要有多远躲多远。父母离婚之后，母亲离家出走之后，就真的只剩下阿现和阿梦相依为命了，在阿现的眼中，妹妹的一切就是他的整个世界，为了妹妹，他无论做什么都心甘情愿。不幸的是，阿梦在意外之中感染了名为“pupa”的神秘病毒，逐渐变成了嗜血和好食人肉的怪物，而阿现自己似乎也受到了病毒的影响，拥有了可以无限自愈的能力。就这样，阿现将自己献给了阿梦，成为了她的“食物”。
